The Little Spark Tour, which is a satellite tour of my Sparkle Tour, was created to empower youth and build on the theme that “every human being is a spark”, or that “every human being has value.” As a Métis woman, it is important to me to lift peoples’ spirits, as well as bring peoples together. That is why my song, Sparkle, with its message of unity, was used as a teaching tool in the educational component of the tour. You can’t imagine the feeling of having more than 1800 students singing Sparkle, and raising the roof off a gymnasium! Thank you.
